Ministries

Awaken Student Ministries

Awaken is for students from 6th grade – 12th grade. The vision for Awaken is found in Ezekiel 37 when God tells the prophet Ezekiel to speak to the valley of dry bones so that they may live again. God is calling us to speak life into a dying generation so that they might become a vast army for God.

BFA Kids

Our Children’s Church time on Sunday morning is amazing. Split into two age groups, Pre-school to First grade and Second Grade to Fifth Grade, each group has a lesson planned designed specifically for them. With diverse teaching styles, from crafts to video to music and spoken word. At BFA we do not believe that there is a junior Holy Spirit, and that our kids can experience Him in a real environment created just for them.

Launch Groups

Acts 2:42 NLT “and the believers devoted themselves to the apostles teachings, and to fellowship, and the sharing in meals, including the Lord’s supper, and to prayer.”

Launch Groups are how BFA does all three of these things. This method of discipleship allows you to develop relationship through small group interactions with a focus on spiritual teaching.

These classes change based on a two semester per year rotation. With a wide variety of selections for everyone from kids to senior adults. Launch Groups are the cornerstone of discipleship at BFA.

Visit Us

What to expect:

Our purpose is to serve our community and YOU. Our Family Worship Center/Gymnasium accommodates worship services as well as sports and a variety of events for all ages. We invite you to be our guest. Making you feel welcome is one of our priorities. We look forward to your visit and have a gift for you. Just turn in your completed visitor card at the back of the sanctuary after the service and you will be given a special guest basket. “He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His glorious power,” (Eph 3:20) Our goal is that each person be saved from eternal judgement by believing and trusting in Christ. For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.” (Jn 3:16) We encourage all who attend regularly to blend our abilities, strengths, and spiritual gifts given by God, to serve Him together. “For to one is given through the Spirit the word of wisdom; and to another the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit: to another faith, in the same Spirit; and to another gifts of healings, in the one Spirit; and to another workings of miracles; and to another prophecy; and to another discernings of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; and to another the interpretation of tongues: but all these worketh the one and the same Spirit, dividing to each one severally even as he will. For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of the body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ.” (1 Cor 12:8-12)
